I don't know what you are talking about. This is one of my favourite restaurants. Having been a loyal customer, I am pleased to say that the food, ambience, service, and view have all combined to make my meal enjoyable. The waitresses go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and often ask if you would like the window open or not. In response to the other review, I suggest that this is not the restaurant's fault, but a mistake on your part. Knowing that Valentine's Day is one of the most reserved days of the year, it would have been considerate to do so. The kalamari is excellent and their desserts are wonderful! I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good eat at a reasonable price.
